Bernie was found running loose in our shelter. We think he had been tossed over the fence. He was discovered with severe burns to his eyes, face, nose, feet and ears and his hair was singed. He also had a severe case of URI. He was nothing but purrs from the minute we touched him. It took several months of intensive care and he lost part of both ears, his nose and one eye but he is now the sweetest most loving cat. This picture is him as a kitten right after we found him.
