We’ve  had an out break of “non-responsive to treatment” feline diarrhea in ages 6mo and older cats. Our usual protocol after  fecal analysis: 1.       Metronidazole2.       Panacur3.       Albon Not necessarily in that order. We’ve also considered stress a factor an provide feline w/d dry.  We’ve had at least 4 cats at this point test positive for FeCoV with titers 400+.  How concerned should I be that non-responsive cats are FeCoV positive with titers 400+ and non-responsive. Am I missing something and how do we adopt these cats out to homes?  I’ve read your FeCoV hand out and found it to be helpful. Our main question is once we have ruled out panleuk, started our protocol offered w/d and there is still a score 7 diarrhea do we test for corona virus or not. We have not historically tested for this but with the recent FIP cat exposure we are finding it more often.  Your input is appreciated.

Could pool shock rather than bleach be used for cleaning?  The hope is that it could be less corrosive, still sanitize, save space in storage, and be less expensive once the correct ration has been found.
